Flying Colours provides Educational Psychology services and psychology-informed resources for schools, academy trusts and local authorities across North Wales and North West England.
Our work is underpinned by HAPPI Psychology, an integrated psychological framework developed by Dr Victoria Tyrer-Davies. It brings together Educational Psychology to understand learning, development and individual needs; Positive Psychology to recognise strengths and understand what helps people flourish; and Positive Health to consider how lifestyle factors, physical health and everyday environments influence wellbeing and access to learning.
Together, these perspectives help us see the bigger picture, recognise what is already working and identify practical, evidence-informed and strengths-based ways to support learning, inclusion and wellbeing.
