If you are a parent and have found yourself looking at this page then you probably have some sort of concern about your child's development and progress. We understand that this can be a worrying time for you and it can be difficult to know which way to turn and what to do for the best. We can help.
Educational Psychologists use their knowledge and skills and draw on a wide range of available assessment tools to find out why a child or young person may be finding things difficult and to find ways to help them.
Our Flying Colours EP will help you to develop an understanding of the difficulties your child is experiencing and provide recommendations to help your child to overcome these difficulties and achieve the best that they possibly can.
Our approach to Educational Psychology combines assessment and consultation approaches with the science from the field of Positive Psychology, in this way, the focus isn’t just on the difficulties your child is experiencing, but what they are good at and how they can be supported to grow into resilient, flourishing young adults. For more information about Positive Psychology click here.
The result is reassurance and peace of mind for you, safe in the knowledge that you have taken a positive step forward in helping your child achieve their potential and a sense of wellbeing.
You can choose the level of EP support you would like by choosing from our four different packages:
We also offer consultations as an 'add on' option to any of the above packages or as a stand alone service. Our consultations are solution-focused and draw upon your expertise to collaboratively develop an action plan to move things forward.
Additionally, we are able to undertake SASC compliant assessments for Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA).
