Dr Victoria Tyrer-Davies

Victoria’s qualifications:

The Flying Colours Educational Psychologist, Positive Psychologist and Company Director is Dr Victoria Tyrer-Davies.

Victoria is registered with Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP) and the International Positive Education Network (IPEN).

Victoria has a special interest in Positive Psychology and Positive Education which lies at the heart of Flying Colours. This branch of psychology which focuses on enhancing lives, whether or not there is a ‘problem’, brings together Victoria’s PhD research and her career in Educational Psychology which reflect her passion for helping others to perform at their best and to live their best life. 

Victoria has worked as an Educational Psychologist for 17 years. Prior to working within the independent sector,  she worked within Local Authority. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of issues including Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), attachment difficulties, school refusal, social and emotional issues and general learning needs.
